By accessing our website (honed.health) or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Honed Health Pty Ltd ("Honed Health") provides a platform for ordering GP-issued pathology referrals and viewing the resulting blood test data ("Services").

Our Services include:

• Online ordering of blood test panels
• Generation of a pathology referral by an Australian-registered GP or medical practitioner
• Secure display of your blood test results in your patient portal

Our Services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Blood test results displayed in your patient portal are for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider who knows your full medical history.

If you have concerns about your health or your results, you must consult a registered medical practitioner. In an emergency, call 000.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Our Services are available to Australian residents only.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe Inc. We do not store your payment card details.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, a pathology referral will be generated. Orders cannot be cancelled once the referral has been issued, as the referral constitutes the primary deliverable of the service.

If there is a processing error on our part (e.g., referral not generated), we will issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and health information when placing an order
• Keep your patient portal login credentials confidential
• Not share your referral with anyone else — referrals are issued in your name only
• Not use our Services for any unlawful purpose

All content on honed.health — including text, images, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Honed Health Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Our Services rely on third-party providers including Blood Group Technologies (BGT) Pty Ltd for pathology referrals and Stripe Inc. for payment processing. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers, though we take reasonable care in selecting and monitoring them.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Honed Health's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We exclude all implied warranties except those that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
